This night is for the powerhouses.

Amy Allen takes on some of the greatest female voices of all time — Tina Turner, Adele, Cher, Aretha Franklin and more. Big songs, big voices, and the music of women who have shown us what strength sounds like.

But this night is about another kind of powerhouse, too. The women who fight breast cancer with everything they’ve got.

A portion of the proceeds from this show will benefit a local breast cancer organization, making every ticket part of something bigger.

Doug Duffey & BADD Return to the Big Muddy

They came. They funked up the place. And now they’re coming back.

After an incredible night with us last year, Doug Duffey & BADD return to the Big Muddy with their own brand of Louisiana blues, Delta soul, Bayou funk and what they call “Swampedelic.”

And Doug has the history to back it up. This Hall of Fame pianist, singer and songwriter has spent more than 50 years making music and has written for or recorded with everyone from George Clinton and Funkadelic to Rare Earth and Marcia Ball.

But you really don’t need the résumé. You just need to see this band live.

These are the songs Amy grew up loving, playing and singing, and for one night she gets to bring her favorites to the piano at the Big Muddy.

There are very few artists Amy Allen loves more than Dolly Parton, and this night comes straight from the heart.

To Dolly With Love is Amy’s chance to sit down at the piano and celebrate the songs, stories and music of a woman who has meant so much to her for so many years. From the songs everybody knows to some of Amy’s personal favorites, this will be a very special evening honoring Dolly right here in Natchez.

And Amy won’t be doing it alone. Nancy Bryant Roppolo and Sue Aysen will join her onstage to recreate some of the beautiful three-part harmonies made famous by Dolly, Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt on their Grammy-winning Trio albums.
